 $12 The Hoffman Challenge Collection 2011. This 72-page catalog will have photos and information about each of the items traveling in the 2011 collection.

I hereby grant permission for the above described entry to be included in the 2011 Hanami Flowers Hoffman Challenge Traveling exhibit should it be chosen. There is no restriction on photography of this piece by individuals for their own enjoyment. Promotional photography of the exhibit and use of the photographs at the discretion of the Curator is permitted. I understand I will not be compensated for the use of the images by the Curator for promotional use.


 * I , for myself and all those claiming through me, hereby release Julie Breidt and Hoffman California Fabrics from any and all liability of any and every nature in connection with the use of the above described challenge entry. I understand that it is my responsibility to insure my item with my own insurance agent for the duration of the travel and exhibition. Although items are carefully packed and tracked, Julie Breidt and Hoffman Fabrics are not responsible for damage or loss that may occur. Challenge entry will be returned to me in late Oct. of 2011 if it is chosen for inclusion in the traveling exhibit. If entry is not chosen for a traveling exhibit, it will be returned in late Sept. of 2011. Travelers will be posted on the website by the end of Aug. 2011, and written notification sent in early Sept. 2011.
