Dear Exhibitors,

Make sure to frequently check the calendars – we are updating them weekly. Please check the exhibitor requirements (click here) document regarding receiving, displaying, and shipping the trunks. We’ve had several problems recently, and would appreciate your passing this document on to the individuals responsible for the displays. Please make sure that the trunks are properly taped and tie wrapped closed prior to shipping, and complete the appropriate inventories.

Also, we are booking out several years, and are having record numbers of requests. If you have future dates, go to the Request Exhibit button, and fill out the online request form. Remember, it is first come, first served.
